Vincere aims to establish and maintain a legal community that prides itself on its diversity and inclusivity, where the diverse ambitions of all Basic Members can be met with support. By providing interactive platforms between Basic Members and prominent legal professionals in different specialized legal fields, Vincere empowers the building of robust connections, allowing each Member to strive towards their respective goals. Through hosting activities for Basic Members, we believe that we can construct a driven and united Undergraduate Law Society.
MARCH
Inauguration Ceremony
The Inauguration Ceremony aims to formally introduce the 17th Executive Committee of the Undergraduate Law Society of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. This ceremony symbolises the commencement of the new Executive Committee’s term of office and provides valuable networking opportunities for Basic Members to connect with legal professionals.
Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting receives and adopts the Annual Report and the Annual Financial Report of the outgoing Committee, as well as the Proposed Year Plan and the Proposed Budget Plan of the incoming Committee. The Meeting also receives and ratifies the results of the General Election.
MARCH TO APRIL
College Photo Days
The College Photo Days will take place in all nine constituent Colleges of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. We hope to celebrate the tight-knit bonds between Basic Members and their respective College Communities, where they gained precious experiences and lifelong lessons.
APRIL
Faculty Photo Day
The Faculty Photo Day offers graduates a chance to honour their achievements and celebrate this important milestone in their lives. Our aim is to create lasting memories through photographs that can be cherished for years to come.
Legal Basketball Day
The Legal Basketball Day is a joint-university basketball match that aims to strengthen the ties between Law Societies from different universities, while cultivating lasting connections between students and legal professionals.
AUGUST
Law Orientation Camp
The Law Orientation Camp 2025 aims to create a welcoming and engaging environment where freshmen can build lasting friendships and connect with seniors. Through participating in fun and interactive activities, freshmen can collaborate with one another and enjoy the thrills of university life. It is our utmost aim to give a warm welcome to freshmen into the law school community, and we hope to provide them with a comfortable and open environment through this camp before starting their journeys as law students.
SEPTEMBER
Second-Hand Book Sale
The Second-Hand Book Sale aims to recirculate law-related educational materials (i.e. law textbooks) from senior students to junior students at a discounted price.
General Election
The General Election aims to ensure an unbiased election of the 18th Executive Committee of the Undergraduate Law Society of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Session 2026-2027. Through this event, we aim to keep Basic Members well informed of the details of each proposed cabinet, and the roles and responsibilities of the Undergraduate Law Society.
OCTOBER
Legal Collaborative Workshop
The Legal Collaborative Workshop aims to allow first year students to learn about constitutional law in advance, and for upper year students the chance to revise/ apply knowledge. Through this newly established event, members will have the opportunity to exchange discourse about prominent societal issues. Collaboration with a law firm specialised in constitutional and human rights law is highly anticipated.

The Legal Soccer Day is a joint-university soccer match that aims to strengthen the ties between Law Societies from different Hong Kong Universities and cultivate lasting connections between students and legal professionals.
